Wanted to share a fast and healthy breakfast that I love – oatmeal with cooked apples. I cook a packet of instant oatmeal (I like the brown sugar and cinnamon one – any oatmeal would work) – then I peel and cut up a small apple (I prefer Fuji) into little pieces, put it on a microwave safe plate, sprinkle it with cinnamon and tiny bit of brown sugar, and microwave it for 1 1/2 minutes. Finally, add the cooked apple to the prepared oatmeal. Yummy!!!
