Wanted to give you another quick, easy, and healthy breakfast idea. I make something I call “egg scramble”. I whisk eggs with a tiny bit of milk, and some salt and pepper – then just scramble them like normal. Once they are cooked, I add in some deli turkey torn into pieces (I use Sara Lee Mesquite Smoked Turkey – cut as thin as possible) and then some shredded cheddar cheese (2% to make it healthier). Let the meat heat up and the cheese melt and then it is ready to serve. We love it! It is a great source of protein too!
